If a product is damaged during shipping you need to notify the shipping company before unloading the product or mark the Bill of Lading that the box was damaged. Tiki Your World can assist you in claiming your freight damage with the shipping company but we are not responsible for any shipping damages.

If you want to return a product, you need to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted without. To obtain a RMA number you need to send us a copy of the original invoice and the reason for return. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and you are responsible for return freight charges.
